Roam Rental Program

At Roam we try to make going into the backcountry an affordable adventure. We offer a gear rental program that can help you curb the costs of some of the fancy, higher priced gear. Roam offers tents and sleeping bags that fit within the concepts of the Roam hiking gear choice philosophy. At this time we still do not offer packs. We want our clients to still go out and purchase a pack that is fit to their body type, for maximum comfort while hiking. We always suggest when looking for a backpack, if the retailer doesn't measure your spine, it's time to walk away. Sizing should never be based on shirt size or "you look like a medium." Roam Rental Program
(Prices are total cost for the trip)

1 Week Trip Rental:

Tent and Sleeping bag combo $100
Tent only $50
Sleeping bag only $50

2 Week Trip Rental:

Tent and Sleeping bag combo $150
Tent only $75
Sleeping bag only $75

Thru-Hike/Section Hike Rental:

Tent and Sleeping bag combo $300
Tent only $150
Sleeping bag only $150

*Thru-Hike and Section hike prices are higher since an individual is pretty much living in the gear. This covers the costs to properly wash the gear at the end of these trips.
